The Welducation Simulator (model 4,050,005) is a device that combines theory and practice, allowing young welding trainees to develop their skills in a realistic yet completely safe virtual environment. Powered by Fronius technology, users can practice welding using three methods: MIG/MAG, TIG, and MMA, working with various materials – from non-alloy steel to stainless steel and aluminum.

Special attention should be given to the magnetic worktable, which enables training welds in any position – including overhead and forced positions – providing an exceptionally realistic working environment. Additionally, the welding results are displayed on a tablet and screen, allowing for precise analysis and collaborative group learning. A built-in performance ranking further motivates participants to continuously improve their skills.

The simulator demonstration will take place as part of the ZDZ Conference, aimed at showcasing the latest educational and technological solutions that support the development of professional competencies in the welding industry.
