Aleksandra Zarzycka-Kośla is an experienced reporter and television presenter, associated with Telewizja Republika for ten years. She also gained professional experience working at TVP1 and Polish Radio 24, where she developed her journalistic skills. Aleksandra graduated from the University of Warsaw with a master's degree in journalism. She combines the roles of reporter, presenter, and host. At Telewizja Republika, she has hosted scientific, lifestyle, and economic programs. She works on the "Secrets of the Mind" and "Business Poland" programs and is also a weather forecast presenter. Her favorite topics include new technologies, science, culture, and cognitive science. She also hosts debates and conferences focusing on these topics.

Marta Rodzik holds a master's degree in journalism and is an expert in image and PR. She has been associated with Telewizja Polska and show business media for years. She has been honored as a Business Personality by Wprost magazine and as a Business Personality by the Łódź Daily. She is the author of numerous articles on disinformation, fake news, and communication. Her main interest lies in business development using modern technologies and AI applications. She moderates business and scientific debates and is an ambassador for the ART foundation, which provides mental support to individuals with the Adult Children of Alcoholics (DDA) syndrome.

She has been working in the welding industry for almost 17 years. She graduated from the Mechanical Engineering Department of the Silesian University of Technology. She defended her diploma thesis on laser technology in the Department of Welding. After graduation, she started working at the Welding Institute in Gliwice in the Department of Welding Technology and Environmental Engineering. She carried out research work related to FSW (friction stir welding) and vibration welding of thermoplastic materials. In 2007, she also began her master's studies at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Silesian University of Technology, and defended her master's thesis in 2009 in the Department of Welding. In 2011 she started working at the Department of Welding Technology of the Welding Institute, where she dealt with low-energy variants of MIG/MAG welding, MIG/MAG brazing, TIG welding including orbital welding. During her work at the Department of Welding Technology she was a member of research teams carrying out statutory work. She is the author and co-author of expert reports and works carried out for the needs of industry. She has presented papers at national and international scientific conferences. She is the author and co-author of scientific articles in Polish and foreign journals also from the Philadelphia List. In 2012 she became a student and obtained the title of International Welding Engineer, IWE, in 2013 she became a VT2 visual inspector and in 2018 a PT2 penetrant test inspector. While working at the Welding Institute, she was a lecturer on IWE, IWI, IWT, IWS courses. Since 2018, she has been associated with TÜV Thüringen Polska, initially as a Welding Specialist and currently as an Inspector, Expert and Technical Training Manager. In 2023, she obtained the title of IWI-C International Welding Inspector. Since June 2023, she has been with TÜV Austria, where she has taken up the position of Business Development Manager. She is a happy mum of Zosia and Ola. In her free time, she pursues her passions including: travelling, horse riding and walrushing. She is not bad at cooking.
